T-Shirts: All of our T-shirt productions are made from fine-knit single jersey ring-spun cotton. The high stitch density gives a clean appearance and is particularly suitable for printing and embroidery. The fabric construction ensures strength and stability after washing. Our production commonly uses combed / carded cotton yarn for softness, comfort and quality. We use twin needle stitching and reinforce the neck & shoulders to give added style and strength, if required. We over the years have gathered much experience in producing high quality printed T-shirt designs and colour contrast designs. We always welcome special order enquiries that demand new and innovative designs. Our commitment in special order items has resulted in customer returning to us every season with new designs. Part of our R & D is to develop fashionable fabrics to meet the continuous changes in fashion trends.
Pique Polo: Our range of polo shirts is made from pique fabric that is constructed to give a soft fine-knit finish. The high stitch density allows for better printing and embroidery quality. Strength and style are achieved by reinforcing placket, neck and shoulders, if required. Provisions for relaxed hemmed sleeves or rib cuff sleeves ensures comfortable fitting. Our 100% cotton polo shirt use combed or carded cotton based on buyer's requirement. The pique polo is made from polyester/cotton blend for a strong and durable garment that performs wash after wash.
Fleece & Sweatshirt : We have been producing sweatshirts & fleece items since 1999 and a wide variety of designs for various buyers. Our sweatshirts are made from 100% cotton or a mixture of polyester and 100% micro polyester fabrics. Brushing or terry finishing can be provided for inside finishing. Sweatshirt has become a fashion item and to meet the global fashion trend, we offer high quality cut & sew as per preference of buyers with various types of printing & embroidery.
